富士理容組合（以下当団体）では、個人情報に関する法令およびその他の規範を遵守し、お客様の大切な個人情報の保護に万全を尽くします。
Fuji Barber's Association (hereinafter referred to as “the organization”) complies with laws and other regulations concerning personal information and makes every effort to protect important personal information of customers.

当団体では、次のような場合に必要な範囲で個人情報を収集することがあります。
We may collect personal information to the extent necessary in the following cases.

当団体は、お客様から収集した個人情報を次の目的で利用いたします。
We use personal information collected from customers for the following purposes.
- お客様への連絡のため
- For contacting customers
- お客様からのお問い合せに対する回答のため
- To respond to inquiries from customers
- お客様へのサービス提供のため
- To provide services to customers
個人情報の第三者への提供について

当団体では、お客様より取得した個人情報を第三者に開示または提供することはありません。
ただし、次の場合は除きます。
We do not disclose or provide personal information obtained from customers to third parties. However, the following cases are excluded.
- ご本人の同意がある場合
- With your consent
- 警察からの要請など、官公署からの要請の場合
- In the case of a request from a public office, such as a request from the police
- 法律の適用を受ける場合

個人情報の開示、訂正等について

当団体は、お客様ご本人からの自己情報の開示、訂正、削除等のお求めがあった場合は、確実に応じます。
We will respond to any requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc. of your information from you.
